How Do You Get Paid?
With the way things are now, Harmonix/Microsoft takes 70% of all profits made, leaving us with 30%. Microsoft then gives us a check quarterly, with a minimum threshold payment of $150 (that means if we don't make it, then whatever we did make will carry over to the next quarter. In whatever quarter we reach the $150 total, all the held payment will be paid out). The 30% that is given to Bronze Serpent Studios from Harmonix/Microsoft will be split with you depending on whatever payment was agreed on.
Another option, which is better, is for the band/label to get their own XNA Creators Club Premium account (which costs ~100$ a year). This way, you can submit the final version of the song for Peer Review, and the money goes straight to you (this will keep things simple for your accounting department). Then you can pay us the amount agreed upon quarterly.

How Much Do We Want?
At Bronze Serpent Studios, we let YOU decide how much of the royalties you want to give to us. That means that you can choose to give us a hefty amount of the royalties made, split it evenly with us, give us a smaller amount, or even do it for free! Free you say? Yes! All you have to do is ask, and we will always say yes. After all, our main goal here isn't to make money. It's to help spread your band and the message in your songs!
